Contact our technical support or customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the product in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and remote controls to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our service center using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
